My topic is: Your Body Book Guide to Better Body Motion with Less Pain
A head-to-toe review of the body, identifying problems/solutions to decrease pain/swelling, offering health tips/exercises to restore motion, improve strength/balance, and promote healing. Assisting you in better managing your health with confidence and helping you successfully manage your health care.
Brief Bio: An orthopedic manual physical therapist with more than 30 years of hands-on experience. I believe it is vital to care for ourselves physically, as well as mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I am passionate about empowering people, through education, to successfully manage their health.
