Vision - The ESCO Foundation exists to improve and enrich Cultural, Medical, Religious, Educational, and Civic endeavors primarily in the State of Oregon and Southwest Washington. - Grants are made generally in the $1,000 to $10,000 range. - The Foundation funds in Oregon and Southwest Washington for Cultural, Religious, Education, Medical and Civic endeavors. Among other things, they have funded grants for the purchase of specific items, operating expenses, matching grants and capital campaigns.
